Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to SIGNCAST TEAM, operated by Alpha 3 Systems LLC. By using SIGNCAST, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s standard licensed application end-user license agreement where it applies.

Eligibility and team authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The current pilot is intended for adult coaches, team staff, and parents. You may enter, upload, or manage team and player information only when you are authorized to do so.

Accounts and access

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Team access depends on invitations and membership roles. Coaches and administrators control team configuration and may revoke access when a membership ends. You may not use another person’s account or attempt to access another team’s information.

Acceptable use

Do not use SIGNCAST to harass others, share unlawful or harmful content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, interfere with the service, evade permissions, or upload malicious code. Content may be reported, blocked, removed, or preserved when reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, or legal compliance.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Alpha 3 Systems LLC a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve SIGNCAST. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted roster data, messages, photos, documents, and team branding.

AI-assisted output

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all extracted roster information, generated text, proposed actions, and uniform previews before relying on them. Selected roster fields, event records, and written uniform descriptions—not generated imagery—remain authoritative.

Pilot service and availability

SIGNCAST is currently a pilot service. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. We work to preserve team data and service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on SIGNCAST as the sole source for emergency, medical, safety, or time-critical communication.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using SIGNCAST or initiate account deletion from the application’s account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or loss of team membership. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGNCAST is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alpha 3 Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pilot service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will update the effective date when we do.
